Definition
An SMP exposes, over HTTP REST, a recipient's capabilities: AS4 access-point URL, transport certificate, supported process identifiers and document types. The sender queries it before transmission to resolve the real address of corner C2/C3. It is the "publish" element of the four-corner discovery model.
