Member companies: Yazaki North America, Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Aptiv (ex-Delphi), Lear Corporation, Leoni AG. Synergy with USCAR (United States Council for Automotive Research). Publications regularly updated per EV harness requirement evolution 2020+ (high voltage HV, shielding requirements).

Origin

AIAG founded 1982 by Big Three (GM, Ford, Chrysler) in Southfield Michigan ; Wire Industry Group active since the 1990s ; updates reflecting EV transition 2020+.
