ACC
The aggregation building block of the CCTS Core Component model.
Definition
An ACC is a reusable semantic object (e.g. "Address", "Trade_ Party") made of Basic Core Components (BCCs, simple-valued properties) and Association Core Components (ASCCs, associations to other ACCs). When restricted to a business context, an ACC becomes an ABIE (Aggregate Business Information Entity).
Origin
Defined by the UN/CEFACT Core Components Technical Specification (CCTS 2.01 / ISO 15000-5), in the Core Components section.
Example in context
The ACC "Trade_ Party. Details" aggregates a BCC "Name. Text" and an ASCC to the ACC "Address. Details".
